Dealerships & fleets

Volume work, same standard.

We already turn a dealership lot every week. If you run inventory, a service department or a company fleet, we will build a schedule and a per-unit rate around your volume — not a retail price list.

Programs

Three ways we work with businesses.

Every one of them is priced per unit and scheduled in advance, so your team knows exactly what a vehicle costs and when it comes back.

01

Lot recon

Trade-ins and auction units brought to retail-ready. Interior deep clean, exterior decontamination and a one-stage polish where the paint justifies it.

  • Priced per unit by size
  • Batch scheduling
  • Photo-ready finish
02

Delivery prep

The detail the customer sees on handoff day. Consistent, fast, and scheduled around your delivery calendar rather than ours.

  • Same-day turnaround available
  • Consistent standard across units
  • On-site at your lot
03

Company fleets

Recurring maintenance for work trucks, vans and executive vehicles. We come to your yard or office lot on a fixed schedule.

  • Weekly, monthly or quarterly
  • On-site, fully self-contained
  • Volume rate per vehicle

Tell us your volume.

Send us the basics and one of the owners — not a sales rep — will come back with per-unit pricing and a proposed schedule. Usually same day.

Serving Des Moines, West Des Moines, Ankeny, Urbandale, Waukee, Johnston and the wider metro.

What to include

  • Company name and location
  • Vehicles per month, and the typical mix
  • Whether you need on-site or shop work
  • Turnaround you need to hit

Fleet enquiries go straight to the owners, not the general inbox.

Questions

What lot managers ask.

Retail prices assume one vehicle, one setup, one drive out. Volume work removes most of that overhead, so per-unit rates come down meaningfully once we are doing a batch on a fixed schedule. We quote per unit by size after seeing a sample of your inventory.

Either. Most dealership work happens on-site because moving inventory costs you time. Correction and coating work has to come to the shop, since it needs controlled lighting and a dust-free space.

Standard recon is typically 24 hours from the time we start on a batch. If you need something moved to the front of the line for a delivery, tell us and we will work it in.

One invoice a month covering every unit, with the list itemized. No per-job paperwork, no surprises. Terms are agreed up front.

We already run a dealership lot on a weekly schedule and we are actively building capacity. Tell us your monthly volume and we will be straight with you about whether we can take all of it or whether it makes more sense to start with part of it and scale.

Let’s talk volume.

Tell us how many units a month and we will come back with a per-unit rate and a schedule.
