When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details and any photos you choose to send. We also collect standard analytics data about how the site is used.
How we use it
To quote your job, schedule it, and follow up afterwards. We may text or email you about your appointment and, occasionally, about services that apply to your vehicle. You can opt out of the latter at any time by replying STOP or asking us directly.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the vendors that run this business — scheduling, payments and email delivery. Those vendors only receive what they need to do their job.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@blackoutdetailing.com. We will confirm once it is done.
